About
Hello, I’m Sadia
Aidas Prints is me, Sadia, making things in Canberra. I print at home, knit by hand, and sell at local markets — where we can talk and you can hold the work.
How it started
I have always made things. Knitting came first — the quiet kind of craft you can do while talking. Then 3D printing arrived. I could design a small gift, or a practical piece, and print it here.
Now I shape the design on my computer, then print it here in Canberra. A hook for a caravan, a cake topper with a grandchild’s name, a stand for a phone. I make gifts and practical pieces. I do not make toys, or anything that could cause harm.
Why on demand
I do not keep a large stock. Each piece is made to order, in the colour you choose. It takes a little longer, and I think that is the point.
Why the markets
A stall is a real place. You can see the colours in daylight, feel the knitting, and ask me anything. Pay with a tap on my Square machine, or PayID if that is easier. If a market does not suit you, that is fine. Call, text, or email me. We can meet, or I can post the piece to you.
How to reach me
You can order at a market, or from home. Call, text, or email me. We can meet if that suits you, or I can post the piece to you. Tap Square at the stall, or PayID when we arrange it.
